Conferences
IOW-Arch 2020 was our inaugural event hosted by the University of Exeter between the 10th and 11th of January featuring 7 themed sessions and a total of 34 presented papers with speakers from over 18 nations. An additional highlight was the opening of the exhibition Chinese Ceramics in East Africa: Consumption, Display and Modification from the 8th century to today in the Street Gallery of the Institute for Arab and Islamic Studies by conference organiser Hannah Parsons-Morgan.
